Note for joining after Arpil 2008 and date of joning is not first date of the month (Example 18 th March 2011): এক্ষেত্রে Joining month fraction স্যালারি পাশের USEFUL LINK থেকে বের করে নেবন অথবা সার্ভিস বুক থেকে দেখে নেবেন। 3 নং কলামে Basic Pay এর যায়গায় Fraction Basic Pay বসাবেন এবং 4 নং কলামে Next month choose করে Full Basic Pay বসাবেন।
Note for increment in middle of month: ধরুন কারুর 2014 এর 20 সেপ্টম্বর একটি ইনক্রিমেন্ট আছে। তাহলে সেপ্টম্বরের ও অক্টোবরের স্যালারি পাশের USEFUL LINK থেকে বের করে নেবেন অথবা সার্ভিস বুক থেকে দেখে নেবেন। দুটি ইনক্রিমেন্ট কলামে (যেমন 4,5) একটিতে সেপ্টম্বর ও পরেরটিতে অক্টোবরের স্যালারি বসান, for more problem call helpline.
